Payments

Payment rules

  • When making a payment, please specify the corresponding invoice number in the «Payment purpose» field, otherwise the payment will be returned.
  • It's not possible to pay an invoice with a smaller sum, that is shown in the invoice. In case if the payment sum is not sufficient to pay the invoice, the money will be just added to your balance, and account still will be under a risk of suspension.
  • If you're having temporary financial problems — please inform us, and we'll offer you interest-free deferral of payments.
  • If you're planning a temporary break in using our services — please inform us, otherwise in case of resuming you'll have to pay all the «unused» period.
  • In case of having a debt for more than 3 months, your account will be deleted without any warnings.
  • Nano sends invoices monthly, from 15th till 17th. If you haven't received an invoice in time — please inform us, or use your «Personal cabinet» to get a copy of any invoice.
  • In case of having an invoice that's overdue for 5 days, you'll get a e-mail with a notice. If you've received a warning letter, but there was no letter with an invoice — please immediately contact our support service, as after 2 days your account will be suspended.
  • All letters are generated automatically, and are valid without stamps or signing. In case if your bookkeeper asks for a signed invoice — you can get it at our office.

Domain payments

Domain name invoices MUST be paid until the term shown in the invoice. Domain name registration and renewal are done after ICANN (Internet Corporaton for Assigned Mames and Numbers) standards, that forbid delayed payments. In case of being expired, domain will be locked for one month without an opportunity of unlocking (an ICANN rule as well). Afer one month the domain will be available again for registration.

To pay for our services via «Webmoney» please use your «Personal cabinet».

Money back

If you're not satisfied with our services, during two weeks after payment you can request a money back. We can return money for any service except domain name registration. To get a refund, please submit a request for money back to our e-mail info@nano.lv. Your request must contain service's owner name, name of the service, cause of the request, and bank details, where we should refund the money. When your request is processed, money will be refunded during one week.
