Internet connection requirements
Hosting control panel consists of two parts — cPanel (client part), and WebHostManager (administrative and reseller part). Every part requires a particular opened network port:
- cPanel — port 2083
- WebHostManager — port 2087
Accessing hosting control panel
Login form is located on our site's main page. Please specify username, password and server name, which will be used for authorization process. This information is locates in the very beginning of the letter that was sent to you by our company right after creation of your account.

Password recovery
To recover a lost password for a hosting control panel, you should send in an password recovery request (in free form), from an e-mail address that was used during registration. After we receive such a request, you'll get a confirmation letter, to avoid possible administrative e-mail forgery.
We're unable to remind you your password, we can only generate a new one, as all passwords are stored encrypted!
Username change
Username is your login to the cPanel, ant to the FTP, which is automatically created during your account setup, and which has maximum privelegies. To change your username, please contact our technical support team.
