Backup
Recovering files
There are daily backup copies of all your data (files, logs and e-mails) available for the past two weeks. To access our backup restore tool, please use «R1Soft Restore Backups» tool inside «Files» block in your cPanel account.
Recovering databases
There are daily backup copies of all your databases available for the past two weeks. There are two different ways to restore a database, which depend on hosting panel type you're using.
-
ISP Manager — to recover a database, please contact our support service, indicating your database name and the date of a backup. Please note, that in case of a database deletion, you must create an empty database with the same name before submiting a backup restore request.
-
cPanel — to recover a database, please contact our support service, indicating your database name and the date of a backup. It is possible to restore a single table from the database as well.
IMPORTANT! Automatic backup is not available for MySQL database InnoDB tables!
Recovering «VMware» VPS server
By default backups are automatically created weekly, there are 2 last copies available. We create a full server hard disk "image", so we can't restore several files, only a whole server hard drive. Please contact our support service in order to restore a server.
IMPORTANT! Automatic backup will not occur in case if a virtual machine has user-created hard-drive "snapshot" images. Backups are processed nightly (00:00 - 06:00 GMT+2), and if you want your system to be backed up automatically, please remove all "snapshot" images before 00:00.
